After 30+ years’ experience in business development, working with firms as a consultant and as a partner in a prominent architecture and planning firm, Robin Hoyle Business Coach/Strategist was established. Coaching is targeted to creatives, technical professionals, NextGen leaders, and entrepreneurs by providing them the business development skill set to become rainmakers and maintain their own client base.

"Robin’s ability to establish a long- term relationship with potential clients is clearly one of the main reasons for her success."

- Adrian Foley - President & COO Brookfield Residential

Training key personnel on the unique skills needed to create meaningful, long-term relationships will significantly enhance the company’s bottom line.  This is accomplished by growing existing clients as well as the acquisition of targeted new clientele.  The mission is to cultivate a team of successful “rainmakers” thus leveraging the firm’s profile and visibility among key audiences.

Highly effective business development programs require research, comprehensive preparation and impeccable follow-through.  Robin Hoyle Business Coach/Strategist has a proven track record of establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial long-term relationships.  The training provided instills the concept of “preparation and follow-up” within each individual, thus ensuring that success is limitless.

Prior to establishing Robin Hoyle Business Coach/Strategist, Ms. Hoyle founded Robin DeLotell & Associates (RDA) in 1993.   RDA was a consultancy focused on enhancing client capabilities for creating new opportunities to gain market share and boost revenues.  Through the development of a complete understanding of the client’s business a strategy was applied to deliver specific, realistic and attainable goals.

During the past 25 years, Robin has successfully led the business development discipline for numerous high-profile firms including:  KTGY, The Collaborative West (now C2 Collaborative), The Roxburgh Agency, and Linscott, Law & Greenspan.

Ms. Hoyle ultimately joined KTGY and became a partner, where she helped to build the firm into one of the largest and most respected architectural and planning organizations in the country.  KTGY currently employs close to 400 professionals in seven offices.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.  She has been an active member of the Urban Land institute (ULI) since 1988, having served ULI as Vice Chair of Programs for the Orange County District Council, as a member of the national Sustainability Development Council and the Community Development Council.  She was also a member of the Urban Marketplace 2010 Committee and was the Vice Chair of Sponsorship for ULI’s Orange County District Council and the Building Industry Show Seminar Committee Co Chairman for two consecutive years.
